Information collected

The enquiry form is designed to collect a name, email address, website URL, and a short description of the visitor's goal. Cloudflare Turnstile is used to reduce automated submissions. Do not submit passwords or sensitive customer information.

Purpose and access

Enquiry information should be used only to assess and respond to the request and, if the visitor proceeds, to manage the proposed work. Limit access to authorized business representatives and do not use these details for unrelated marketing without a separately confirmed basis.

Service providers and retention

The planned hosting and form-processing providers are Vercel, Supabase, and Cloudflare. Confirm the applicable provider terms and data handling before launch. Set and publish an approved retention period and deletion contact here.

Live voice and call reports

If enabled, the live voice feature sends microphone audio to Vapi and uses the assistant and voice providers configured in the Vapi account. Vapi call-artifact settings may create recordings, transcripts, or summaries. The Cloudflare Pages Function can send a call summary to the business-configured alert endpoint; transcript and caller-number forwarding are disabled by default and require explicit configuration. Confirm the call notice, consent, recipient access, cross-border processing, recording settings, retention period, and deletion process before enabling live calls or report forwarding.
